We decided not to put a team in this year.
We have a muck about nine ball singles league running in the summer instead.
It is run to nine ball rules but on an eight ball table.
It is a good laugh and we all enjoy it.

anyone hear about silver dawns dismal loss last week against likely lads? one of their players gave up in the end and hit the black in with five colours left on the table! hahahahah....

jamessd oh dear, u play for the blacksmiths hey. i hear u boys aint having a great season, mayb when ur team improves u can start laughing. we all have bad weeks. whats this u boys have a sort of mini league with steve topping and big chris running in 2nd, 2 players from the dawn, but then u prob know that we r a much better team than u boys cause if we lost all the time it wouldn't be so funny

They don't do them, rememebr? I will try Mr Pools when i go in there next.

I'm fairly sure the guy said no because he had no idea about pool cues and it was a wedding reception so he was just helping behind the bar. I have definitely seen them repairing cues for people in the past.

Snooker centre doesn't do tips themselves,but you can leave a cue to be done, and Ron will take it home and re-tip it.
