 Steve Dowdell won 21-UP week 11 beating Ashley Troath by 4 frames to 1 in the final. Steve picked up £40, Troath £20.
In his 21-UP attempt Steve potted 3 balls and collect £1.50. He then drew out Nat Howe for the second week running, she potted 1 ball to claim 50p. Ed Mercer was the last player out, he also potted just one ball.

Wayne Dowsett won 21-UP event 10, beating Suart Reardon in the final by 4 frames to 2. Wayne collected the £40 guaranteed first prize, Stuart picked up £20.
Wayne failed to pot in his 21-UP attempt,.he then drew Natalie Howe as the next player to attempt the challenge. She potted 3 balls and collected £1.50. Caroline Howe was next out, she won 50p.

Wayne Dowsett beat Ashley Troath in the final of last nights 21-UP to take the guaranteed £40 first prize, Troath picked up £20.
As the winner of the event, Wayne got first crack at the 21-UP Jackpot and failed to pot.
Adrian Hogg was drawn out for the second week in a row and potted twice as many balls as his last attempt. He won £1.

Due to a lack of preparation time, I have had to cancel the proposed Christmas Cracker event. But don't panic! Instead I will be hosting an evening of Killer games on Christmas Eve starting at 7pm.

Nick Phillips won last night's 21-up competition, beating Ashley Troath in the final.
On his 21-up attempt Nick potted 3 balls winning £1.50
The two other players randomly chosen were Ashley Troath and Adrian Hogg
Adrian potted 1 ball and won 50p
Ashley had a good chance - cleared the yellows and missed the first red, leaving it over the pocket. Got £3.50 for his efforts.

Friday 7th November sees week 4 of the 21-up competition. The jackpot now stands at £179.
It has been a strange couple of weeks for the event. Last week only 3 players turned out for the competition, Darren Pennock paid £3 and picked up a guaranteed £40 for beating Daking Snr in the final. The week before no-one turned up, but we still increased the prize fund!

A new competition begins on Friday 10th October at Mr Pools, and runs each and every Friday until the end of February 2009.
Each competition, the winner (who gets a guaranteed £40) and another two players chosen at random get a shot at the 21-UP jackpot. Entry costs just £3

 Ashley Troath won his first CueAction event at Mr Pools this evening, when he won the 'Are you Reddy revisited' competition. Troath defeated Ian Daniels in the final, taking all 4 frames to grab the £125 first prize.
In the semi-final things were a bit more tricky, Ashley was taken to the final frame by Luke Jones (4-3). In the previous round he beat Wayne Dowsett (4-1).
